Technical Design is an optional service that we offer after you have obtained Planning Permission.

We will prepare a set of detailed drawings to effectively communicate the proposed design to the contractor. These drawings will incorporate all the discussed finishes and technical requirements and will represent a fully buildable scheme.

SERVICE OUTCOME

Our Technical Design service provides you with a full set of detailed drawings suitable for construction ranging from drainage and construction details to electrical layouts and material finishes.

FEE STRUCTURE

This service is charged on a commission basis.
