A successful Planning Application isn’t just about good architectural design, it is often reliant on presenting the designs in a clear and beautiful way whilst liaising with a broad and varied range of specialists to help support your application.

Working with our consultant partners, we will commission the necessary reports. This may include areas such as soil contamination, ground movement analysis, an environmental impact assessment, daylight analysis, cost plans, and more.

We aim to achieve the gold standard of planning documentation, including drawings, models, visualisations, statements and specialist reports.

SERVICE OUTCOME

Our Planning Scheme service aims to provide you with a completed and submitted Planning Application.

FEE STRUCTURE

We would only recommend proceeding to a Full Planning Submission if we deem it likely for the scheme to be approved. Therefore, this service is charged on a fixed fee basis where 50% fee is only payable upon success.
